New glasses!

That time of the year has come again when I take the dreaded trip to the opticians, and yet again I have to wear glasses *sigh*.

I don't wear glasses all of the time, just for the computers and looking at the board at school, which is great because I wouldn't like wearing them all the time! The ones I got this year are called "Tash" and they're from Specsavers. They're grey/black/white, I just love them! I can never wear small glasses, they always have to be on the larger size!

Do you wear glasses?

Halloween make up!

Well that was all over a bit too quickly! It seems like Halloween just flew by, but I did get plenty of sweets so I'm happy.

Today I'm just going to share with you what I did with my make up. I am subscribed to Polly on YouTube and she was doing a week of Halloween make-up/nail tutorials. The one that I absolutely loved was her Zombie style look so I attempted it! It took me no time at all and all you need was a red lipstick and brown+black eye shadow! simple :)

If you want to give this look a go then you can go and watch Polly's video here

All I wore with this was some leggings and a wide-neck top, then just put a coat over the top!:)

What did you go as for Halloween?

Halloween nails!

Halloween is one of my favourite holidays, i just love the whole dressing up sort of thing! This year I decided to go a bit more adventurous with everything.

So today I'm sharing with you what I've done to my nails for Halloween. Normally, I just paint my nails black or red so this is something a bit different.

I painted all of my nails white to start with using Barry M nail paint in "Matte White".

On my thumb and pinky nail, I stuck pieces of triangular Sellotape too them, then painted over it in black. After about 10 seconds I pulled off the Sellotape and let the black dry.

On my ring finger and my pointer finger, I just chose to dot over the nail in black and red using dotting tools

On my middle finger I decided to get more Halloween-y so I made it look like I had blog dripping down my nail in red polish. I then applied Barry M's topcoat to my nails and then it was finished!

How did you do your nails for Halloween?
