I was unsure as to whether to post this as it's been a few days since I have received my results but I thought I would so I could share my achievements with you all!
It was an anxious wait for the doors of my school to open on Thursday 21st, but as soon as I ripped open the envelope there was a huge sigh of relief. I had already sat exams in year 9 and 10, but in total I achieved 2 As, 2 distinctions (equivalent to A grades) and 7 Bs. I'm so pleased with my results and am also very proud of my friends for getting what they wanted.
I'm actually really excited to start sixth form this year which I will probably regret saying a few days into it. I hope everyone achieved what they wanted and if you didn't then there is always other options to take.

Back To School: Organising School Work!
Hi everyone! I'm thinking about doing a Back To School series on my blog so I thought I'd kick things off with how I'm planning on organising my school work this year. I'm going into Year 12 this year, so I'm starting Sixth Form. Aaah nervous! As I only have 4 subject this year, I thought I'd show you how I'm going to organise the work at school and at home.
I brought this pink A4 Expanding Pocket File from Tesco for £2.50 and I thought this would be a great way to keep all of my school work seperate and tidy! There are 12 pockets so this means I can have 3 pockets for each subject. I'm going to have one pocket for school work which I have done in that lesson. Another for homework which I have got from that lesson to complete and then in the final pocket I am going to have homework which I have gotten given back or for any spare sheets I have been given. I will probably only keep school work in the file for a week and then transfer it into a folder for that particular subject.
This folder is very sturdy and the perfect size to fit in a backpack/bag, whichever you use for school! It will keep all of the papers organised and tidy, they won't get all bent or crumpled up which they would get if they were lying in the bottom of your bag. There is also a larger pocket at the front which I will use to put either a note book or paper in which I will use to write on.
How are you organising your school work?

Hello August
source |
1st of July - Thorpe Park!
2nd + 3rd of July - Sixth form induction days *sigh*
4th of July - PROM!
9th of July - Boyfriends birthday
19th of July - Best friends house party!
20th of July - Another house party!
The rest of the days were either spent completing summer tasks for sixth form *double sigh*, shopping or just catching up with friends!
July was a busy month for me, I honestly never do much more than this - wow I'm a wild one ;) I really enjoyed it! I hope August is just as good. I can also post more in August as I have no commitments other than doing more summer tasks, eating and sleeping. Let me know what sort of posts you'd like to see from me!
Hope you all had an amazing July and have an even better August! Lots of love, Lucy x x
